If you pay by Credit/Debit Card please allow 2-3 working days for delivery.
If you pay by Bank Transfer or Cash over the Counter at any Santander branch before 2pm, we will dispatch all in stock items the same day. Any orders placed after 2pm will be dispatched the following working day.

Returns

AireTech IT can not accept returns for Software Purchases which have been opened by the customer.

In order to process your RMA requests efficiently please read the following terms & conditions carefully.

Please ensure ALL details are completed and e-mailed, faxed or posted to AireTech IT’s Customer Service Department, together with all relevant invoice details.

If it appears to AireTech IT from the information provided by the customer that the alleged defect or damage is covered by AireTech IT’s guarantee, an RMA number will be issued by telephone or e-mail, confirming that the goods may be returned, subject to verification by the Company after inspection of the goods.

Goods must be returned to AireTech IT carriage paid with, where possible, their original packaging. All products (with the exception of motherboards*) must be returned with all related manuals and accessories, as well as a completed copy of this form; with the valid RMA number clearly marked - All products must be returned to us packaged in your own outer packaging with our RMA number clearly marked on this packaging. Under no circumstances should the individual product(s) box(es) be written on, marked or labelled.

*When returning a motherboard, please return only the board. AireTech IT cannot accept responsibility for returning any cables/accessories with any motherboard.

The customer shall, within seven days of receiving the product, report in writing discrepancies, missing, DOA or physically damaged products. The customer shall then return the goods to AireTech IT within seven days, the cost of return postage to be paid by the customer. AireTech IT will process a refund or store credit within 30 days.

All RMA numbers are valid for 10 days from the date of issue, after this period the log is closed, and a new RMA number must be requested.

Credit will only be given if fault or discrepancy is reported, in writing, within seven days of receipt of goods.

AireTech IT will not be held responsible for the loss of Data on Media Storage

Could all customers returning PC's/Notebooks please insure that any passwords for BIOS or SOFTWARE are provided
